The final form of the<br>papers must comply with IEEE pdf requirements.\u00a0<strong>Maximum eight pages A4<\/strong>\u00a0in double<br>column format are allowed; however,\u00a0<strong>each page in excess of six will incur a charge of<br>50 Euros.<\/strong><br><strong>Main steps for preparing and submitting the final version of an accepted paper:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take into account the received reviews when preparing the final version of your paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The final version must&nbsp;satisfy the similarity thresholds&nbsp;in order to be included in conference proceedings. The similarity score of the final version should result under 30% and the highest matching with a single source less than 10%.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A similarity report is available for each submitted paper:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/start.pl\">https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/start.pl<\/a> and select \u201cEnter\u201d as \u201cAuthor or proposer of submission \u2026\u201d for ICSTCC 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In your author workspace, move your mouse pointer over \u201cChoose an option\u201d to open a menu with several useful options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the link \u201cInspect reviews and decision letter\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the iThenticate Scan Results table, go to \u201ciThenticate scan report\u201d and select the link View the report. It will open the report in a new window or tab. You may need to turn off the pop-up blocker of your browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several pages from the iThenticate User Manual with instructions on how to read and interpret the report can be downloaded&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/manuals\/staff\/ViewingiThenticateReports.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The final version must be prepared by using the&nbsp;A4&nbsp;Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates available at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates<\/a>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MS Word users<\/strong>: delete following line from the footer:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X\/XX\/$XX.00 \u00a920XX IEEE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For all the papers, the copyright notice will be added on PaperCept.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verify<\/strong>&nbsp;your paper on IEEE PDF eXpress, by using the Conference ID&nbsp;<strong>70941X<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Convert your file to pdf. The file can be also converted on IEEE PDF eXpress site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/\">https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>First-time users<\/strong>&nbsp;(without an account on IEEE PDF eXpress site):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the \u201cNew Users \u2013 Click Here\u201d link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the Conference ID&nbsp;<strong>70941X<\/strong>, your email address and choose a password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue to enter information as prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Previous users&nbsp;<\/strong>who are using the site for the first time for this conference:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the \u201cNew Users \u2013 Click Here\u201d link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the Conference ID&nbsp;70941X, your email address and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you click \u201cLogin\u201d, you will receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click \u201cContinue\u201d. By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for this conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Returning users<\/strong>&nbsp;with an account for ICSTCC 2026:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the Conference ID&nbsp;<strong>70941X<\/strong>, your email address and password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For each conference paper, click \u201cCreate New Title\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cSubmit File for Checking or Converting\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browse for your file and click \u201cUpload\u201d your file. You will receive an email confirming the successful upload. Click \u201cContinue\u201d to view the current status of the uploaded file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If any errors are detected:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See the list of the specific problems by using the link \u201cPDF Check report\u201d from your IEEE PDF eXpress page or by reading the attached report from the email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct the errors; information on possible solutions can be found by using the link \u201cget solutions\u201d from your IEEE PDF eXpress page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resubmit the PDF by clicking \u201cTry again\u201d on your IEEE PDF eXpress page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat the above procedure until all errors are solved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If no error is detected, download the attachment of the passed email from IEEE PDF eXpress. This is the final version of your paper that you have to upload to the PaperCept system. It is mandatory to not make any changes on the file built by IEEE PDF eXpress. More detailed instructions on PDF eXpress checking can be found at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/External\/UsingIEEEPDFeXpress\">https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/External\/UsingIEEEPDFeXpress<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upload the final version<\/strong>&nbsp;to PaperCept and sign the Electronic&nbsp;<strong>IEEE Copyright&nbsp;<\/strong>Transfer Form:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/start.pl\">https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/start.pl<\/a>&nbsp;and select \u201cEnter\u201d as \u201cAuthor or proposer of submission \u2026\u201d for ICSTCC 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify the file returned by IEEE PDF eXpress on PaperCept, by using the link \u201cPdf Test\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the link \u201cSubmit the final version\u201d for the paper ID you want to upload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Final Submission page, select the link \u201cTransfer copyright\u201d, make sure that the title of the paper and the authors are correct, then click \u201cNext\u201d.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be redirected to the IEEE Publication Agreement page. Follow the required steps to electronically transfer the IEEE copyright. In Step 4 (Complete the publication agreement), make sure you scroll down and enter your name in the designated space. In Step 5 you can download the copyright form, if desired. Then click \u201cDone\u201d to return to PaperCept site, then select the link \u201cCancel the page\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Final Submission page, select the link \u201cUpdate the final version information\u201d.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If necessary, update the list of authors, the title of the paper and the abstract. Please make sure that all the authors of the paper are correctly indicated.
