All contributions must be written in English and should be submitted by web upload only as full papers<\/strong> (not only the abstract)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the MS Word and LaTeX templates (A4 format) provided by IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing, please visit:\u00a0https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important note: If you are using the MS Word template, please remove the footer of the first page (XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X\/XX\/$XX.00 \u00a920XX IEEE) before generating the PDF and uploading it to the PaperCept platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the initial submission, any warnings about the PDF margins can be ignored. Authors are advised to read PaperCept\u2019s Getting Started Manual for Authors and PDF Compliance Guidelines carefully. Only PDF files will be accepted. Detailed instructions for the final submission will be provided in due time. Maximum six pages A4 in double column format are allowed.<\/strong> Authors may upload a longer manuscript up to a maximum of eight pages total. However, each page in excess of six will incur a charge of 50 Euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before starting the submission<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To submit a paper for the conference, a Personal Identification Number<\/strong> (PIN<\/strong>) is needed for each author<\/strong>. To find your own or someone else\u2019s PIN, to retrieve your password (if you have a PIN but no password), or to register a new PIN (if you never obtained a PIN before) go to https:\/\/controls.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/pinwizard.pl<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to submit your paper<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In order to send your contribution (a regular paper or a paper dedicated to an invited session), go to PaperCept Conference Management System<\/a> and select the link Submit a contribution to ICSTCC 202<\/em>6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this new page, click on the appropriate Submit link to submit either a Contributed Paper<\/em> (regular paper) or an Invited Session Paper<\/em>. This takes you to the corresponding submission form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
